3. Scholarship Fund------------Ed Ridolph
UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS: 1. Christmas Party//Holiday Parade. The Christmas party will be on the 23rd and will start at 11:00 A. M. with Santa and the Parade will follow immediately after at 1:00 P.M. 2. Street Reps must get people on their street to help them with the luminatorson Christmas Eve. We will meet at the clubhouse at 3:00 P.M. 3. The petition for Neighborhood crime watch went out with the December Newsletter for Street reps to have the people on their streets to sign. 4. The judges will be going around on Saturday the 16th and Sunday the 17th from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Jack Doyle will get the volunteers to do the judging. 5. I did call Lucerne Lakes and St. Lukes Methodist Church to ask if we could run an advertisement in their January and February Newsletter and/or bulletin. Lucerne Lakes will let me know and St. Lukes is o.k. with it. 6. Gary Calloway from Calloway Air Conditioning came to the clubhouse two times in the last month and installed a new transformer and a new thermostat for the A/C. Also gave it a thorough check up.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. We do need to set a date for the first Barbecue meeting, since we plan to have the barbecue on February 24. 2. I have been in touch with Jim from Lake Worth Glass on fixing the bathroom windows. He is trying to get us something unbreakable, or maybe that is guaranteed for several years. 3. Election of New Officers. OPEN FLOOR
