Board Meeting Agenda

PRESENTATIONS:

UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

1. Locks were changed on Clubhouse. Keys will be issued and signed for by Jack Doyle.

2. Refrigerator was delivered January 17th.

3. Freezer discussed at barbeque meeting. Delivered on Monday February 6th.

4. John Cipolla rented a jackhammer from Home Depot and broke up the cement on the old flag

    pole left in front of the clubhouse.

5. Jack Doyle has been in charge of the painters inside and out of the clubhouse and they have

    also painted the block wall at the entrance of Ohio.

6. Gutters ????? We do have 1 bid.

NEW BUSINESS

1. We need approval to allocate Pete Maille $500.00 to start on one Florida Gardens signto be

     placed at the entrance of Ohio and as close to the block wall as he can set it. Pete will be moving

    when school is out and he would like to get at least one for Ohio done. If we can find out who

    owns the property on Akron, he would still have time to build the one for Akron entrance way.

2. Website by Dean Craven www.floridagardens.org Dean has put a lot of work into this and for

    $130.00 a year for the web site, he will maintain it for us free of charge. This is also a good

     selling point for the people who advertise in the newsletter. They can check their ads online.

3. Tree Stump and roots ground out. Can they spread the mound of dirt on the west side of the

      property in the gulley? We have two bids.
