BOARD MEETING AGENDA

 

JUNE 8, 2006

 

          1. Report of the Secretary-------Kim Nahant

         

          2. Report of the Treasurer-------Randy Humphrey

 

UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

 

          1. Door Knobs on the Woman and Men's restrooms were replaced

 

          2. Floater was replaced in tank in Men's restroom.

 

           3. Back door knob has been replaced and re-keyed

 

           4. Some of the residential complaints are still waiting for the Code Enforcement

               people to check over the community. Please be patient, as Ms. Boynton is in

               the field all day and has turned our area over to Paula Ferititta. You can reach

              her at 233-5560 and leave her a message.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

           1. Discussion on kitchen cabinets as to fix the old or purchase new ones and ask

               Gary Oliwa if he can install the cabinets, if we purchase them at Home Depot.

 

           2. Ed Ridolph, Tim and Casey Bradford, Kyle Kahant, Spencer Stevens and

               Mike Vitalone did help Jack Doyle get the stockroom back in order.

               Thanks Guys.

 

            3. Glen Calloway met with Jack and fixed the Air Conditioner.  No Charge.

 

            4. Patty Burke requested and received a packet from the Sheriffs Office on

                Neighborhood Crime Watch.  Lisette Neeb has volunteered to get a

                neighborhood crime watch started. She will set up meetings, etc. and we will

                have to help by doing our part.

 

            5. Kathy Hockenbury resigned as Secretary and Kim Kahant is now our

                Secretary.

 

            6. Petition to be signed and handed over to the owner of the marketplace.

                Jean Pasqua, from Lucerne Lakes has contacted me saying they have a

                Petition that is being drawn up by their lawyer concerning cleaning up the

                Market Place corner or they will boycott the business there. They are

                concerned that his choice of tenants are what is bringing in more violent

               Crimes to their neighborhood and to ours. The owner also promised them in

                February he would repaint the buildings in 4 months to a more pleasant color.

                Still not done. Jean was not able to make our meeting tonight, but she is

                willing to drop off a packet with the petitions for us to get signed in our

                neighborhood if we want to do it when she gets everything back from their

                lawyer.

 

           7.  Jack Doyle wants to know about having the clubhouse lawn fertilized.

 

           8.  We need street reps for Arch Drive and South Akron. Lissette Neeb is the

                reprehensive for West Mango.  Lisa Davies who has been our Representative

                for Arch is moving to Tennessee and John Cipolla who was the representative

                for South Akron has moved to Carolina.
