UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

    1. The tree stump and roots were ground out by Skow's Tree Service and
all wood chips were hauled off for us. Total cost was $185.00 for the
grinding and $75;00 for hauling the wood chips away for us.

    2. Tree limbs were cut off, cut up and stacked on the road on Feb. 21
by Skow's Tree Service.  Total cost was $175.00.

    3. We have two estimates on Gutters.  One for American Gale for $440.00.
One from Gutter Express for $600.00.  We have sent American Gale $220.00
to proceed.  Work should be done sometime next week.

    4. Sign to go up at the entrance of Ohio is coming along beautifully.
Pete Maille has been working on the sign very hard and has informed
me that it is finished except for the Est. 1953, which he has not been able
to find the smaller letters to put in the space that he has allowed for it.
Hoping to find those, he is talking about setting it up on Sunday and will
need about 6 men to help him set it.  Do we want to have an unveiling?
It is truly beautiful and much nicer than I had anticipated.

    5. The freezer that has never worked since we purchased it is supposed to
be replaced by Rosner's tomorrow.  March 10.

    6. Jack Doyle had people to come in and do the floors,  Great job for less
        money Jack.  Thank you.

NEW BUSINESS:

    1. Do we need a website committee?  I have had positive feedback from a
few people who also did not mind their names on the website.

     2. Improvements to be made on storeroom partition.  Gary Oliwa will do it
for the cost of material which will be no more than $200.00 to do it with
sanded plywood and for 6 months advertisement in our newsletter.
Gary met with me Sat. February 25, which at that time he fixed the kitchen
cabinet doors so they would close and stay closed for free.  Gary does live
in Florida Gardens and he does already advertise in our newsletter.

    3. We need to have the Presidential Plaques engraved for the last 2 or 3 years.

    4. Because of all the trash left on the lawn of the clubhouse but the kids
who play here, Michelle Bradford has agreed to pick up the trash on
Wednesday for 1 hours towards her Scholarship fund.
