 UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

 1.       Ryan Vaides did the May issue of the newsletter.  His first one and I have had 

several compliments on the newsletter.   If you need to contact him for anything pertaining to the newsletter you can reach him at Rvaides@Eight5Five.com or his telephone number 324-0316. 

2.   We are still looking for bids on the floor of either Porcelain tile or Stain poured concrete, or other suggestions. 

3.  Gary Oliwa took a look at the list of things that were discussed at the last meeting

and will give us a report on what he thinks we should try to do, in order to save money, rather than doing part of it now and then having to go back and re-do.  Gary

            did fix the front door knob plate as it was beginning to fall apart again and he put the

            valance back that had fallen down.

4.  With two telephone numbers on the Marquee, it does make it easier for people to make contact with someone.
