  1. Report of the Treasurer----Randy Humphrey

      3.  Scholarship Fund------------Ed Ridolph

UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

1.   Bryon Doyle did get the Stove re-wired two weeks ago.

      2.   We  still need a street representative for S. Akron and one for Rubbertree.

      3.   The 30 MPH speed limit sign has been took care of at Springdale.

      4.   No community Garage sale until after the first of the year.  Possibly after      the barbecue in February.

5.       There has been lots of discussion about the petition that was presented to us by Lucerne Lakes.  I spoke with Jean Pasqua last week and she said they have definitely not turned theirs in yet.  Everytime they set up a meeting with the manager in the Marketplace, he seems to be away.  Do we just forget about it at this point.  I have some street reps who have gotten signatures.  Some who do not want to.   I know it has been a long process, but I was waiting on Lucerne Lakes.

6.       Petition for Neighborhood crime watch will be with next newsletter so the can street representatives can get signatures at that time.

NEW BUSINESS:

 1.       Christmas//Holiday Parade and Party.  Date and Time.

      2.   Luminators for Christmas Eve.

      3.   Need to know what date the judges will be going around to judge Christmas   //Holiday  Decorations.
