UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:
1. Bryon Doyle did get the Stove re-wired two
weeks ago.
2. We still need a street
representative for S. Akron and one for Rubbertree.
3. The 30 MPH speed limit sign has been
took care of at Springdale.
4. No community Garage sale until after
the first of the year. Possibly after the barbecue in
February.

There has been lots of discussion about the petition that was
presented to us by Lucerne Lakes. I spoke with Jean Pasqua last
week and she said they have definitely not turned theirs in yet.
Everytime they set up a meeting with the manager in the Marketplace,
he seems to be away. Do we just forget about it at this point. I
have some street reps who have gotten signatures. Some who do not
want to. I know it has been a long process, but I was waiting on
Lucerne Lakes.

Petition for Neighborhood crime watch will be with next
newsletter so the can street representatives can get signatures at
that time.
NEW BUSINESS:
1.
Christmas//Holiday Parade and Party. Date and Time.
2. Luminators for Christmas Eve.
3. Need to know what date the judges
will be going around to judge Christmas //Holiday Decorations.
