 UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

2.       Nick Shalow poured the second layer of cement on top of the footer pad.  I spoke with Bryon Harden this week and he wants to meet with Nick and Matt over the week end if possible, set the sign in and pour columns around it.

     3.  The Christmas parade and party for the children will be on December 22.

   NEW BUSINESS:

    1.  We do still need to put a new door on the back going into the stock room.

    2.   We need to get started with committees and workers for the 2008 Barbecue.

    3.   We need to decide how we are going to get the stickers out to the neighborhood.

OPEN FLOOR;

    Applegate and his workers.   The ugly is now covered.   We are waiting for the A/C man to finish with the A/C return, etc.  I spoke to Gary Calloway today.  His brother Glen has moved out of town and is no longer working with him.  Gary wasn’t sure what was going on so I will meet with him on Monday evening and he will finish whatever needs to be done next week.

 2.   The footer pad has been poured for the Marquee and Matt Lachariet is going to be meeting with Bryon Harden on Monday to see what they are going to do next.   I did talk to Bryon Harden this p.m. and he said a fellow named Nick who lives on Akron is going to do the block laying for us.

      3.   The Instant Hot Water Heater has the cover on it and is protected from any leaks, etc.

      4.  Marcia Humphrey met with the person and ordered the new blinds which are now up and all are matching.   Thanks Marcia for all you do.

      5.    Marcia also picked up the paint and did the painting that has been done in the kitchen plus whatever else inside painting was done.

         6.    The stickers we decided on for the vehicles to help us identify vehicles that belong in the neighborhood are in.  Thanks to Kim Kahant for getting these taken care of for us.

         7.   I did speak to Scott Parsons about getting fill for the South side of the Clubhouse.   He put white sand into all of the deep places and along the edge of the pavement.   He also told me he has some extra sod left over and he is going to lay that all around the pavement for us.  Thank you Scott.
