UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS:

   1.       Marquee is done.  Donnie  Bennett did deduct $1.000.00.   Bill Applegate met with him and they settled on that.  All inspections and county codes did pass.  I hope we can all enjoy the Marquee now. Scott Parsons told me he will be moving the flag pole and planting some Shrubbery around the base of the Marquee.

   2.       Dave Stanley said 17 persons showed up for the golf tournament and a good time was had by all.

3.       The BBQ date is set for February 7, 2009.   Mark your calendars now.   Ed Ridolph is going to chair the BBQ for us again. 

          4.   David Ybarro had cut down the tree that was leaning in front  of the Marquee and he also rented a stump grinder to do some work he had to do so he also did the stump grinding in front of the clubhouse at no charge to us. 

  NEW BUSINESS:

1.       Patty Burke wants to have the Holiday party with Santa for the children on Saturday, December 20 at 11:00 A.M.  She will need help.   Dan Cleary will be Santa again.

        2.       The Holiday golf cart parade will be at 1:00 P.M.  immediately after the Holiday party.

 3.       It has been suggested we charge $15.00 for non-residents and $10.00 for residents rental fee for use of the Marquee instead of the $25.00 and $20.00 as was the fee for use of the old Marquee.
