Board Meeting Agenda
PRESENTATIONS:
UPDATES ON OLD BUSINESS: 1. We have two bids on re-doing the kitchen cabinets. The one is to replace what is there, and the other is to expand the kitchen cabinets on the North wall of the kitchen. We will be able to store more stuff in them instead of in the stock room. 2. Lawn person was replaced by one who is doing it at this time every week and they do weed eat around the Florida Gardens Sign. 3. Need to discuss petition that was given us by Jean Pasqual. 4. Need to discuss Neighborhood Crime Watch. 5. Street Reps are still needed for South Akron and Arch. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Bryon Harden has given me plans and bids on a Marquee, but since we are doing the kitchen cabinets, we will have to wait until we get more money to do the Marquee. We hope to do this once we start our dues drives again. This will give the street reps something to tell the people when they are knocking on doors or making phone calls to collect the dues. I spoke to Bryon and he said no problem, we would just have to call the company again to get an updated price. He is willing to do whatever we have to do to help us. 2. It has been brought to my attention that some of the kids from our neighborhood, (6) have been going over into Lucerne Lakes on Pine Park Circle and racing their golf carts against each other. If you know anyone that is doing this, please ask them to stop as a common courtesy to Lucerne Lakes residents. 3. Rohan Parson is responsible for helping get the street signs for us that have been placed at the Cleveland, Cuyahoga circle. Hopefully this will take care of the confusion for everyone including the mail persons. OPEN FLOOR
