Donation Information Page Printable Donation Form The Florida Gardens Civic Association is unlike most Palm Beach County home owners associations, in fact it's one of the MAJOR appeals to living in this neighborhood. It is totally on a VOLUNTARY basis;  you are not obligated in any way to pay money on a yearly basis (let alone monthly) and our annual recommendation  is only $30 per home The 'Dues Drive' is at the beginning of each calendar year. Most residents will agree that they are more than willing to pay that amount & more to fund the events planned for the families & children of this neighborhood. The money is used for neighborhood events, scholarships, the newsletter and more  Scholarships are awarded every year to 2 seniors who qualify  Please contact Ed Ridolph at 967-2197 if you are a Senior and would l like to apply for the scholarship.
