accept: Tony Basso 1st, Jack Doyle 2nd.
Old & New Business:
Lake Worth Glass will be coming
soon to install the heat- tempered glass, which will not
break so easily. The cost will be $385.00 plus tax for
the thicker glass.
Matt will install the handicap ramp before the BBQ.
Bryan Doyle will upgrade the electrical panel. We are
still having problems with electrical outages and
breakers tripping.
The
County wants to put a 6 foot wide sidewalk on the west
side of Akron Rd. We need to clear fences or
landscaping. Sue called and spoke to Al Turk about a
petition. Gary said he petitioned for the sidewalks.
He states that the engineers will make sure the drainage
and right of way are correct. Having the sidewalk on
the East side would have caused more problems, because
of all the streets that the kids would have to cross.
Gary will ask the county to fix the sidewalk on Ohio.
Discussion was made by Mr. Carr about the golf carts,
motorcycles, and speeding on Akron. Motion was made to
have a sign put up for neighbors.
Crime Watch will have a meeting on March 8th
at the Homeowners meeting.
We
will have a community garage sale on March 10th.
We will run an ad in the post.
Street reps. are still needed for Rubbertree and S.
Akron.
Motion to adajourn: Joe Bougeios 1st, and
Angie Yow 2nd.
Meeting adjourned: 9:00 p.m.
